Ein Gedi

Ein Gedi means the Spring of the Kid. Wadi Ein Gedi is under the ownership of the Egyptian Queen Cleopatra, according to historical sources. Sources say the queen used to extract perfumes from this area. However, the most important detail in this area is the temple that paints pictures of the child and the peacock bird. [If you look at the crown worn by Cleopatra, you will find a peacock.]

There is also a sign written in several languages that states that everyone who visits this area should not reveal the secret of this place!!! The secret is that this may be the place of Christ's birth.

Description of the Qur’an for the birthplace of Christ

And mention in the Book Mary, when she withdrew from her family to an eastern place (16) so she took a veil besides them, then We sent to her Our Spirit, and it appeared to her as a straight human being (17) She said: I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you if you are pious (18) He said, “I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you a pure boy (19). She said, “How can I have a boy, and no human has touched me, and I am not a prostitute?” (20) He said likewise, “Your Lord said, He is easy for me, and that We will make him a sign for people and a mercy from Us, and it was a matter decided.” (21) So I carried him and pulled him to a far place. This and you were forgotten, (23) So he called her from under her, “Do you not grieve?” Your Lord has made a secret under you (24) and shaken you with the trunk of a palm tree, which will fall on you with fresh fruits. (25) So eat, drink, and refresh your eyes. So, if you see anyone among the human beings, say: “I vowed to the Most Merciful a fast, so I will not speak to forgetfulness today.” 26) So she brought him to her people carrying him, they said, “Oh Mary, you have come with something unique.” (27) O sister of Aaron, your father was not an evil woman, nor was your mother a prostitute (28) So she pointed to him, and they said, “How do we speak to someone who was in the cradle a boy?” He said, “I am Abdullah who gave me the book.” He made me a prophet (30) and made me blessed wherever I was, and commanded me to pray and give zakat as long as I was alive (31) and to be kind to my mother, and He did not make me tyrannical and wretched (32) and peace be upon me the day I was born and the day I was born. Death and the day I will be raised alive (33) That is Jesus, son of Mary, the saying of the truth about which they dispute    (Surah Maryam(
